Services Available to Pilots

We are dedicated to providing you with efficient and professional service while visiting Franklin County. To that end, we are pleased to be able to offer the following services:

24 Hour a Day Fueling: Both 100LL and Jet-A are available for your aircraft. Although we offer full-service fueling during operating hours, a self-service farm is available 24 hours a day for after hour fueling needs.
Aircraft Tie-Down and Hangaring: An ample amount of ramp space is available to secure your aircraft. For those interested in staying out of the elements, hangar space is available as well. Please contact us for our latest rates.
Courtesy Transportation: Vehicles are available seven days a week between the hours of 0800 and 1700. Rental cars can be arranged as well, with notice.
Supplies & Refreshments: From Maps to Engine Oil to Fresh Coffee, we have the supplies you'll need. Additionally, Restrooms and Wireless Internet are available 24 hours a day.

Corporate Operations

Whether visiting the University of the South or meeting with new clients is the agenda, we will go out of our way to make sure you always feel at home. The following amenities are available to passengers and flight crews:

Modern Terminal: 3,000 square feet of terminal with passenger waiting area, conference room, and 24 hour pilot lounge.
Wireless Internet: Complimentary within the main terminal.
Rental Cars: Available through multiple locations. Contact us for more details.
Catering: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and snacks are all available through multiple vendors.

Cargo Operations

With several manufacturing facilities located within minutes, cargo operations have become a regular occurrence at the Winchester Municipal Airport. Accordingly, the following amenities are available for cargo operators:

Freight Flexibility: We are more than happy to assist with your loose freight, but also have a forklift standing by to load/unload palleted freight.
Late Night Operations: Our staff is available after hours* for freight loading/unloading & fueling of aircraft. The recent addition of flood lighting to our ramp has increased both efficiency and safety at night.
Nearby Accommodations: A wide variety of hotels & restaurants are available while on stand by for your next trip. We are happy to assist you with transportation to and from these destinations.
